How to place an order?

At our e-shop you can shop as a guest or as a registered user. When registering to our system you have to choose a user name (login) and a safe password, and also provide some necessary information about yourself – we need it for our accounting documentation and successful delivery of your ordered items.

How to pay?

To buy goods via our website, you must be at least 18 years of age.

• You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal. Carefully fill in all the data necessary for the order so that we can create an invoice for you. Please display the invoice number when transferring the amount. As soon as the outstanding order amount is received in our bank account, your order will be dispatched.

Please pay attention to our item booking terms!

Your order is valid for 3 business days from the day of ordering. This means that the items you ordered will be kept safe for you in our shop. After placing your order we will confirm the availability of the ordered items by e-mail or phone.

Ordering:

1. Take your time and browse through our catalogue. If you have any questions regarding our items, please feel free to contact us by mobile phone +371 29458529 or by e-mail pasutijumi@ecoemi.lv.
2. When you have found the item you like, press the button ADD TO CART. The SHOPPING CART is located in the upper right corner of the website. You can place any number of items in the Shopping cart. There you can also use the button DELETE if you wish to remove any of the items from the Shopping cart.
3. When you are ready to place an order, go to the SHOPPING CART, fill in all the data necessary for the registration (if you are not yet registered to our system) or enter your user name (login) and password, then press the button BUY. Choose the most appropriate Shipping method for you! (Please see our Shipping methods below.)
4. The order has been successfully placed! At EcoEmi.lv, the client manager will register your order at any time on business days from 9am to 6pm.
5. If there are any changes regarding the order or if the ordered items are not available, EcoEmi.lv representative will contact you by phone.
6. We will send you an electronic invoice to the e-mail address you provided when registering at EcoEmi.lv. The invoice is payable within 3 business days.

7. When the payment has been made and the money has arrived in the account of SIA EcoEmi, we prepare the product for delivery. Please note that there are items that have a longer order fulfillment / preparation time, such as linen clothes or Softshell clothes - the execution time is indicated next to each item! If an individual order has been placed, the execution of the order is started after the payment of the invoice.

8. We will pack your items and forward them to your chosen carrier. Orders should arrive within 1-3 business days depending on the availability of the items and the chosen shipment method.
9. The order has been delivered! You have to sign the invoice. Please check the delivered product(s) and advise us as soon as possible if you discover a problem with the item(s).
10. We would be happy to receive any kind of response from you – comments or feedback about the quality of our items, range of products and our service!
11. If you are looking for a product that you cannot find in our shop, we would gladly hear out your wishes and ideas! We also accept personalized individual orders.
