Thank you for visiting our website www.ecoemi.lv (hereafter called “Website”). The information below is prepared to ensure that you enjoy the experience of shopping EcoEmi clothes. To use this website and purchase products of EcoEmi you have to read, understand and accept the Terms of Use. Application
These terms of use apply to all contracts that you enter into with EcoEmi (hereafter “EcoEmi” “us” or “we”). By placing an order, you accept our Terms & Conditions.
Privacy and security policy
It is very important to us to ensure the privacy and security of your personal information. We collect information from our customers to communicate about our services and products, to improve shopping experience, to provide the best customer service, to process and fulfill your order. We only keep your personal information as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it, or as otherwise required by law. We accept responsibility for all the personal information such as your name, address and any other personal details that you provide us with. We will not pass on your personal details to third parties. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers and is always safe as we maintain stringent standart for data security. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology, which is used by vendors to ensure the security of online business. It negotiates and employs the essential functions of mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity for secure transactions. When you have chosen a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. Although we do everything to ensure your privacy, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. That’s why we would like to inform you that there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control.
Pricing policy
The currency used is Euro (EUR) for all countries. VAT is included in all our prices and will be based on the country the order will be shipped to. Please note that all prices and product information on the EcoEmi Online Store are subject to change. The shipping cost is not included in the indicated price of the goods.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Ordering and Payment
After you chose items you would like to buy and click „Confirm Order”, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. If you want to make any changes in your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail pasutijumi@ecoemi.lv or call +371 29458529. There might be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. You can pay for the ordered product and the selected delivery service using a bank transfer, VISA, Visa Electron and MasterCard services. It is also possible to pay in cash upon receipt of the product by receiving the product in our workshop in Rezekne, Brivibas 12. We do not share credit card or other payment information with third parties except for the purposes of processing payment for products and services you’ve ordered and as required by law.
Shipping information
We are happy to offer you Shipping by Latvian Mail service, by Omniva or DPD parcel terminals or by DPD courier. Most orders in Territory Latvia will be ship out within 2-4 days after ordering unless another delivery time is specified in the product description. Please, note that we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. However some orders will take to 1-3 days to process. Orders out of Latvia will be ship out in 7-21 days. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to EcoEmi. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Shipping in Latvia: Omniva 3 €, DPD Pick-Up 3,00 €, DPD courier 5,55 €, Expresmail service to address 5,50 €, Expresmail service to Latvian post parcel terminal 3,00 €, Expresmail service to Circle K Gas stations: 3,00 €.
Free shipping with Expresmail service or DPD courier for orders from 100€ and above
Shipping in Baltic States: ExpresMail service 6,80 €, Omniva 7,00€, DPD Pick-Up terminals 7,00 €, DPD courier 8,55 €.
Shipping in EU: Latvian Mail service 7,50-11,00 €, DPD Pick-Up terminals 16,55 €, DPD courier 19,00 €.
Shipping Worldwide: Latvian Mail service 9,60-12,80 €
Product return
EcoEmi team tries to satisfy each customer’s wishes and will always do everything in order to reduce product return cases to the minimum. But if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have an opportunity to change it within 14 days after receiving the product without any additional charges. EcoEmi accepts to change the product if it is returned clean, neat, not damaged and with all the details. To agree on the return of the product, please contact us by e-mail pasutijumi@ecoemi.lv, indicating Order number, order date and reason of product return or change. You can return product to our workshop in Rezekne, Brivibas 12 or by Omniva or DPD parcel terminal to Rezekne, Galdnieku iela (phonte +371 29458529). Customer pays for return shipping. When getting a refund money will be returned to the account from which the purchase was made within 14 days of our receiving the product. We will contact you to solve the problem!
